Terms of Enrollment
- If ScaleTech LLC is unable to secure employment for the candidate within 110 days for the Platinum plan, 150 days for the Premium plan, or 180 days for the Advance plan, as set out in the agreement, the pre-placement charges paid by the candidate will be refunded upon request, subject to the services availed.
- After the pre-placement charges are refunded, ScaleTech LLC will continue to provide profile marketing and background-clearance services for one year. Once the candidate secures a job, only the post-placement charges will be due under the legal agreement, payable in four installments.
- The post-placement fee is payable during the first four months of employment, beginning on the candidate's joining date.
- All commitments are subject to the signed legal agreement.
- The job-guarantee period begins on the first day the candidate's profile is marketed.
- All plans include one year of job assurance, limited to profile marketing and background-clearance services.
